History:

This Meissen Blue example was originally owned by a private collection based out of the Netherlands. We do not know for certain if it is still under their ownership today.

911 Speedster

Configuration Details:

Out of the original 1948 Speedster chassis, there were seventeen to be finished in Meissen Blue. Two were delivered to both Canada and France, four to Germany, one to Monaco, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, and the remaining six to the United States.

From the exterior, we see a two tone finish on the 20-inch 911 Speedster Wheels, in Dark Sea Blue with the outer lip in Meissen Blue. It is here we also see the PDLS+ LED Headlights, along with the painted headlight washer nozzles and painted lower elements on the side view mirrors.

​It is also important to note that this example is one of the thirteen chassis to feature the roof in a color other than black. Only thirteen lucky clients were able to option such a thing, and the available colors were Blue, Brown, or Red. Chassis 0948 features a Blue roof.

The interior features a two tone selection in Black and Yachting Blue Leather. It is here we also see the Lightweight Bucket Seats and Sport Chrono, along with the bespoke door sills which display this examples limitation number in yellow.
